About the role

Xenia is seeking outgoing and entrepreneurial students to help introduce the platform to college campuses. This is a remote, commission-based position focused on recruiting users, building campus partnerships, and helping grow Xenia’s student community.

What you'll do

• Help introduce Xenia to college students, student founders, and campus organizations.
• Recruit new users through campus outreach, events, partnerships, social media, and direct messaging.
• Gather student feedback and help the founding team improve Xenia’s messaging and growth strategy.
• Develop creative campaigns that increase sign-ups, referrals, and engagement across college campuses.

What we're looking for

• Current college student with strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting outreach through email, social media, direct messages, calls, and in-person conversations.
• Active involvement in student organizations, entrepreneurship programs, campus leadership, sales, or marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a performance-based role.
