Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use Xenia for an employer, you confirm you are authorised to act for that organisation.

Keep your credentials private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Employer accounts are reviewed manually before they can publish roles; we may decline or revoke an employer account at our discretion.

You keep ownership of everything you record and upload. You grant Xenia a non-exclusive licence to host, process, transcode and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform — for example, showing your application to the employer whose role you applied to, or showing your opted-in videos in the talent feed.

You can delete your videos at any time from your profile. Deleting a video removes it from the talent feed and from your profile; an employer you already applied to may retain a copy of that application for their own record-keeping obligations.

Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates someone else. Do not upload someone else’s video as your own. Do not scrape the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or use Xenia to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Employers must use Xenia in line with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination law. Roles must be genuine. Any voluntary self-identification data candidates choose to provide is available to employers as anonymous aggregates only, and must never be used in a hiring decision.

XEN is a prepaid, in-platform credit used to review applications and to unlock Pro features. XEN has no cash value, is not a stored-value instrument or e-money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. XEN awarded by us — for example referral or daily-login awards — is promotional and is not a purchase.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases of XEN are final and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively; you will always see the price before you confirm a purchase.

Xenia is a platform, not a recruiter or employer of record. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers or employment, and we do not guarantee that an employer will watch or respond to any application. We do not verify the claims made by candidates or by employers.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep Xenia available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Xenia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we are required to by law. Unused XEN is forfeited when an account is closed, except where law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
